About this Role:

We're looking for an SEO Lead to own organic growth as a strategic pillar of our business. In this role, you'll build and scale a world-class SEO program from the ground up. You'll operate at the cutting edge of search to fuel our global expansion. Your work will help millions of people discover Polycam and reimagine the world around them.

What You'll Do:

• Craft the SEO strategy across all dimensions of search. Build and execute a roadmap to grow organic traffic, domain authority and demand capture.
• Design and run technical SEO audits and partner with engineering to implement improvements.
• Optimize site speed, internal linking, and architecture to support both users and search engines.
• Own a content roadmap and creative management, expanding reach into our ideal customer profile.
• Analyze and improve web and app journeys to increase conversion.
• Build a unified strategy across SEO and paid search to drive total search performance.
• Go beyond the SEO growth playbook. Stay on the edge of what's possible with AI, creative tools, and innovation.
• Bring a global mindset to user growth, testing localization strategies to unlock new markets.

What We're Looking For:

• You have 6+ years of SEO experience and have led all dimensions of search optimization.
• You're fluent in AI workflows from content generation to optimization and insights.
• You care deeply about the craft of SEO and are driven to achieve results.
  
• You bring first-principles thinking to solve problems in unconventional ways.
• You're a cross-functional collaborator who builds strong relationships with product, design, sales, and analytics.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
