Overview:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer skills: email, typing, scheduling, data entry

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Comfortable speaking with candidates and asking screening questions

Ability to follow processes for onboarding, I-9, and documentation

Willingness to learn job boards, applicant tracking systems, and office tools

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous admin, office, or customer service experience is a plus

Skills and Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Support onboarding steps (I-9, background checks, drug screens, paperwork)

• Manage daily candidate flow, scheduling, and follow-ups

• Provide great customer service to candidates and clients

• Handle basic admin tasks (data entry, emails, phone calls)

Experience & Skills:

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
