Superintendent – Class A Construction
Location: Apex, NC Full-Time | BenCo Construction
BenCo Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field execution of high-end, Class A multifamily construction projects. If you’re a detail-driven, safety-focused leader who thrives on delivering luxury-level quality and performance, we want to hear from you.
?? What You’ll Do:Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Manage field teams and subcontractors with precision and professionalism
Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards
Ensure Class A-quality finishes and craftsmanship at every stage
Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and clients to drive excellence
Utilize tools like Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam to keep projects on track
5–7+ years of field supervision experience in multifamily or high-end commercial construction
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and trades
Deep knowledge of construction drawings, MEP systems, site logistics, and safety standards
Proficiency in Procore , MS Project , and Bluebeam
OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with luxury finishes, sustainability practices, and local building codes
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to job sites
