*Work with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line* Systems Engineer (MBSE) Englewood, CO MUST: Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams Thorough understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles Advanced Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools, such as ENOVIA Requirements Management, DOORs, Cameo, Dymola, and MATLAB Practical knowledge of industry standard system engineering design principles, to include, but not limited to requirements management, traditional and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Experience leading baseline definition and maturation in a complex development setting, including the use of high impact trade studies and other measures Thorough understanding of establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM) Experience and certification in INCOSE standards (ASEP/CSEP) Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry DUTIES: Visionary and highly skilled Sr Systems Engineer to help spearhead the development of our Integrated Digital Environment and Systems Engineering (SE) standards and methodologies. As the Sr Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, and management of sophisticated system models and processes to become standard throughout the organization. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deploy model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques, and provide strategic guidance on the most effective models and levels of detail that will yield maximum value for the project. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth system's engineering expertise and a keen understanding of how to leverage MBSE to optimize project outcomes.
