Eagerly seeking an organized and motivated Team Lead, Office Assistant to support a Physician Division and Accounts Receivable team. This role ensures smooth daily operations, provides guidance to Office Assistants, and supports management with key administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support staff and management with administrative and clerical duties.
• Track productivity and quality of Office Assistants.
• Assist with training, coaching, and process improvement.
• Distribute and process mail, faxes, and documents.
• Scan, upload, and update patient information in EMR systems.
• Handle medical record requests and maintain filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must work on-site in Red Bank, NJ.
• Experience in medical billing, claims, or AR preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and EMR systems a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
