Pay Range: $60-$70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Translate business needs into detailed system specifications and user stories for agile development teams.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, epics, and features based on business value.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
  • Provide strategic guidance on business process design and technology selection.
  • Coordinate multi-system solutions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Support agile delivery teams with requirement clarity and backlog grooming.
  • Champion agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Contribute to the support and management of crew mobile devices and applications, ensuring they meet performance expectations, are user-friendly, and comply with enterprise policies
  • Collaborate with MDM team to support device provisioning, app deployment, and issue resolution.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Engineer, product owner or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
  • Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production.
  • Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and social skills
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Solid Understanding of Agile/SDLC development methodologies
  • Prior ownership of product development and performance as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Hands-on experience supporting mobile device platforms and mobile apps in enterprise environments.
  • Experience in the airline industry is a plus
