We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support our client's busy Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. What You'll Do


As a key support to the Director of Finance and Finance team, your day will include a variety of important and engaging tasks, such as:
  • Assisting with daily accounting activities, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliations, and invoice management

  • Processing expense reports and ensuring all expenses are coded correctly

  • Preparing sales tax returns and summarizing weekly wholesale sales

  • Recording monthly product samples and coordinating timely pickup/distribution of shop mail and invoices

  • Supporting administrative needs such as license renewals and policy compliance

  • Preparing weekly check runs and processing payments (check, ACH, credit card)

  • Making deposits and helping investigate and resolve any accounting discrepancies

  • Pitching in on special projects and additional tasks as needed

Work Environment


This position will require that you work on site for the training period, then you'll have flexibility to work 2 days from home/3 in office.
