Night shift: 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend (Friday/Saturday).

\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking an experienced RRT-NICU professional to join our traveler-friendly respiratory care unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of acute care experience with specialized skills in Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units (PICU/NICU). Responsibilities will include the management of a variety of procedures and equipment in a dynamic healthcare environment. Clinicians may also float to Adult Emergency Department or Adult Critical Care based on their skill set and the hospital's needs.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Conduct blood gas analyses.
\n
• Initiate and manage ventilation, BiPAP, and high flow therapy.
\n
• Respond to codes and participate in in-house transport.
\n
• Administer medications and perform chest physiotherapy.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 1.5 years of acute care experience.
\n
• PICU/NICU experience is required.
\n
• Current NJ license and BLS certification are required.
\n
• Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) are highly preferred, but may be obtained onsite.
