\n\nJob Details:
\n• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
\n• Shift times vary, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST
\n• Schedule may shift to accommodate after school outpatient appointments or supervise inpatient/swing bed patients during dinner
\n• No float, on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements
\n• Master's degree required
\n• Minimum 3+ years of experience required
\n• Illinois Speech Therapist License and BLS certification required
\n• Charting experience with MedHost and WebPT required
\n• Must use PACS to view modified barium swallow studies
\n• Patient population includes majority geriatric with pediatric outpatients
\n• Provide cognitive assessments and management
\n• Perform swallowing assessments and management including modified barium swallow studies
\n• Treat both adult and pediatric outpatients
\n• Must demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills
\n• Work with inpatient and swing bed unit alongside full-time PT and OT staff
\n• Dress code requires dark scrub pants (navy, gray, black) and therapy-related t-shirts/sweatshirts
\n• No local candidates within 40-mile radius accepted
