Location: Montgomery County, Maryland (3 upscale commercial/residential properties)

Job Summary
We are currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers to protect upscale commercial and residential properties in Montgomery County, Maryland. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of duty.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unwanted or criminal activity
- Monitor property grounds and entrances, reporting safety hazards or suspicious behavior
- Write detailed, accurate reports using a smartphone
- Respond appropriately to emergencies; contact law enforcement or EMS as needed
- Assist residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining strict professionalism
- Follow dispatch instructions and site-specific post orders
- Work independently or as part of a security team
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Maryland Security Guard License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Ability to write reports using a work-issued smartphone
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and morally sound
