Summary: The Valet Attendant's primary objective is to provide a positive impression to the guests upon arriving and leaving the property. Responsible for interacting with guests, clients and associates to ensure excellent guest service. Responsibilities:

• Exercise customer service as their top priority
• Must have a flexible schedule, available for weekends, and holidays
• Must remember that you’re going to be the first and last contact the guest has for the property and that you are an integral customer service contact
• Parking and retrieving guest cars
• Must record the location of the parking space as well as the number on the valet ticket
• Ensure the customer’s keys and the tickets are placed in the proper location
• Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle
• Comfortable driving a manual transmission
• Provide claim check as well as instructing the guests about ways to reclaim their vehicle
• Park guest vehicles in the specified areas through a safe and efficient way
• Retrieve the customer vehicles from the specified parking areas in a safe and efficient way
• Give travel directions as well as information to property events and promotions
• Encouraging and uplifting attitude
• Know and obeys all traffic regulations
• Courteous in treating the customers and also in resolving any service issues
• Deliver any internal and external service for the guest and ensuring all interaction
• Capable of giving apt and well-informed service
• Greet the arriving and departing guests; must open the passenger door of the vehicle and offers assistance appropriately
• Must be knowledgeable about property
• Must be able to locate, describe, and illustrate all room amenities
• Preform on property deliveries such as amenities, flowers, dry-cleaning, etc.
• Provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clear and current driver’s license report from DMV
• Must be 18 years or older
• Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission
