VP of Enterprise Applications, Back Office Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure

Location: Cumberland (Atlanta), GA – 4 days/week onsite

Robert Half is seeking a Vice President of IT to lead enterprise application strategy, back-office systems modernization, and cloud infrastructure optimization across a portfolio of high-growth SaaS companies.

NOTES

Prior experience within a SaaS organization is required.

Implemented systems repeatedly with clients

Client-facing role – must engage with businesses in the $10M–$200M revenue range.

Evaluate and implement CRM systems.

Diagnose business pain points.

Drive change management initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone excited to drive transformational change across a diverse set of businesses—modernizing systems, improving architecture, and scaling platforms through application and infrastructure excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead enterprise application strategy across ERP, CRM, HCM, PSA, and other core business systems
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and FinOps initiatives—driving cost optimization, vendor management, and performance oversight
• Support system integration and modernization efforts across portfolio companies (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Intacct, etc.)
• Define scalable architectures and integration plans, especially in post-merger environments
• Establish and track portfolio-wide KPIs for application and infrastructure performance
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and implementation partners
• Work directly with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable, scalable outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years in IT leadership with significant experience in enterprise applications , SaaS systems , or IT transformation
• Hands-on with system selection, implementation, and optimization—especially in M&A or growth scenarios
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and FinOps methodologies
• Experience managing SaaS tech stacks and driving automation across tools and workflows
• Confident working cross-functionally with both executive stakeholders and technical teams
