Job Description

Role Overview

You will take charge of full-cycle video and audio production — from pre-production planning and content creation to filming, editing, and publishing.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare providers, marketing leaders, and internal teams to create a variety of content that educates, inspires, and engages our audiences.

This role demands creativity, technical expertise, strong storytelling instincts, and project leadership skills.

Video Production & Management

  • Own the full video production process : storyboarding, filming, directing, editing, and delivering final content.

Produce a wide range of video content including:

  • Educational Videos : Featuring healthcare providers for YouTube and LMS platforms, enhanced with stock footage, animated text, and illustrations.
  • Testimonial Videos : Interview patients, providers, and partners to create authentic, engaging testimonial stories.
  • Event Coverage : Capture footage at live events, conferences, and summits, then create promotional recaps and highlight reels.
  • Lab Tour Videos : Film inside our labs and operational centers to create behind-the-scenes content showcasing our expertise and innovation.
  • Illustrative/Explainer Videos : Develop detailed technical and scientific explainer videos using animation, diagrams, and voiceover narration.
  • Sizzle Reels : Produce fast-paced, exciting highlight videos for events, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Social Media Clips : Craft short-form videos, reels, and teasers designed for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Podcast Studio Production & Management

  • Set up, manage, and maintain our in-house podcast studio (audio recording equipment, lighting, soundproofing).
  • Produce professional, high-quality podcast episodes: recording, mixing, mastering, and publishing.
  • Create social-media-friendly clips and highlight reels from longer podcast episodes.

Post-Production Expertise

  • Edit videos and audio files with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, visual flow, and brand alignment.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, callouts, and stock footage integrations to enrich viewer experience.
  • Color correct, enhance audio quality, and prepare content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, LMS, social, podcast directories).

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage production calendars, prioritize deliverables, and ensure all projects meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, education, lab, and leadership teams to align video and podcast output with company priorities and messaging.
  • Lead brainstorming and planning sessions to generate new content ideas that support marketing campaigns and educational goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized digital asset library (raw footage, final cuts, graphics, audio files).

Continuous Improvement

  • Research new technologies, creative trends, and production techniques to consistently raise the quality and creativity of our multimedia content.
  • Develop and refine production processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability over time.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on best practices for being on-camera and recording high-quality audio/video content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience in video production, editing, and podcast management.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
  • Hands-on experience with camera equipment (DSLRs/mirrorless), audio gear (microphones, mixers), studio lighting, and podcast setups.
  • Strong storytelling, visual communication, and narrative building skills.
  • Deep understanding of content optimization for YouTube, social media, and LMS platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bonus points for motion graphics/animation skills and experience in healthcare, biotech, or scientific industries.
