GSR Group proudly owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations, providing outstanding food and exceptional service to our guests. We’re expanding our support team to include a Virtual Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they’re asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities.

We are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our organization’s administrative and operational needs. This remote position is ideal for veterans, transitioning service members, or military spouses who excel in multitasking, communication, and structured execution of tasks.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide professional administrative, technical, and operational support to executives, managers, or departments from your remote location. The ideal candidate will bring the military’s trademark attention to detail, accountability, and adaptability to deliver consistent, reliable results in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments with precision and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting notes.

  • Handle document creation, editing, and formatting in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems.

  • Manage and track office supplies and vendor relationships (virtually).

2. Communication Management

  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and correspondence.

  • Provide customer service support through email, chat, or phone as needed.

  • Manage communication platforms such as Slack, Teams, or Zoom.

3. Data Entry & Reporting

  • Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in company systems or CRMs.

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and project updates.

  • Assist in tracking KPIs, project metrics, and performance outcomes.

4. Project & Task Coordination

  • Support project planning by maintaining task lists, updating timelines, and tracking deliverables.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

  • Manage special projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

5. Social Media & Marketing Assistance (if applicable)

  • Schedule and manage content posts across social media platforms.

  • Assist in basic graphic design or content creation using tools like Canva.

  • Monitor engagement and provide weekly updates on marketing metrics.

6. Financial & Logistical Support (if assigned)

  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice tracking, and budget monitoring.

  • Coordinate virtual or physical events, training sessions, or webinars.

  • Support logistics for company projects, training, or product distribution when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in administrative, operational, or virtual support roles. Military experience or a background in structured environments is highly valued.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

    • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com).

    • Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).

  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Confidentiality: Commitment to protecting sensitive company and client information.

Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.

  • Background in logistics, operations, or administrative work (military or civilian).

  • Experience supporting remote teams or global organizations.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
