**Aerotek Aviation is seeking Warehouse Cargo Handlers to handle express freight/packages at SEA Airport.** **Hiring ASAP at $23.00/hour. Need to be fully flexible for swing or night shift. MUST be open to working weekends. Days off vary according to needs and flight schedule.**
+ Unload and load packages onto cargo containers from trucks. Trucks will come in and packages will already be loaded on carts.
+ Break down and remove packages from the carts and load them into cargo containers for airline transportation.
+ Assemble items Tetris style to maximize package occupancy in cargo container.
+ Small boxes and mail will be put into larger bags then put on the cargo container.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning and tracking systems.
+ Follow safety protocols and conduct quality control checks.
+ Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
**Skills:**
+ warehouse, packaging, warehouse inventory, pallet jack, forklift, air cargo
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years warehouse experience highly preferred - using hand scanners, skids, packaging materials like tape and cardboard
+ Ramp experience highly preferred (any ramp - baggage handling, cargo, etc.)
+ Must be eligible for SIDA badge - 2 valid forms of IDs
+ Must have steel toes shoes/boots
+ Must have open schedule working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - schedule will be selected during orientation
+ Drug screen - 9 panel (without THC)
**Work Environment:**
+ Working in a warehouse environment on-site at SeaTac International Airport. It's a big facility with open freight gates so temperature is not regulated. Cold in winter and hot in summer.
+ Shifts include 2100 - 0530, 2245 - 0630, 2330 - 1000, or 0130 - 1000, with a likely assignment to 0130 - 1000.
+ Onsite parking is available.
