Immediate Hiring: Distribution Associate – $19/HR

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Second Shift)

Location: Milan, IL

We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Distribution Associates to help us deliver excellence. In this role, you’ll ensure products are processed, customized, and shipped accurately and on time—keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Process and audit customer orders with precision.

• Customize products to meet specific requirements.

• Pack items efficiently for shipment.

• Ensure timely delivery to customer locations.

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.

• Sort and compact cardboard and packaging waste.

• Count and organize parts with attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred: Previous warehouse/distribution experience, familiarity with labeling and counting inventory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
