The Web & Graphic Designer will lead the design and development of high-impact, visually engaging websites and digital content across multiple brands. This role combines strong creative design skills with hands‑on web building experience, primarily using Squarespace, while collaborating closely with leadership and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and development of websites primarily on Squarespace (experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms is a plus). Translate brand strategies and creative concepts into intuitive, visually stunning web layouts that align with organizational goals. Develop responsive designs optimized for both desktop and mobile performance. Design and produce digital assets including web graphics, banners, marketing visuals, and social media collateral. Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. Continuously evaluate and improve UX/UI through layout optimization, user feedback, and engagement analytics. Implement and maintain basic on-page SEO best practices to enhance visibility, traffic, and performance metrics. Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously from concept and mockup through launch and performance review. Maintain high visual and functional standards under tight timelines with a detail-oriented approach. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in web design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3+ years of professional experience in web and digital design. Expert-level proficiency in Squarespace (layout customization, block editing, custom CSS styling). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or Canva preferred. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy. Excellent eye for typography, color theory, and composition. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate design ideas and strategies. Experience implementing SEO fundamentals and understanding digital marketing workflows is a strong plus.
