We are looking for a designer who lives and breathes Conversion Rate Optimization,
someone with a proven , quantified track record of turning visits into pipeline. You understand how headline hierarchy, micro-copy, and visual weight translate into measurable lift, and you can explain the "why" behind every pixel. Pretty pages are nice; pages that convert are mandatory.
What You'll Do: - Design & ship conversion-driven pages
- Build desktop and responsive layouts that turn traffic into trials, demos, and revenue
- Work with Growth Marketing, PMs, SEO, and Engineering to hit KPI targets and launch on time
- Elevate our visual system
- Introduce motion, micro-interactions, and new patterns while protecting accessibility and load speed
- Use A/B tests, heatmaps, and analytics to refine copy, hierarchy, and visuals.
- Own the craft
- Document specs in Figma, hand off clean files to dev, and QA in staging before release
What You Bring: - 4+ years designing marketing or product web experiences with a portfolio that demonstrably lifts engagement or ideally conversion rate (show the numbers)
- Mastery of Figma design systems, prototyping, and component libraries
- Deep grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and UX heuristics
- Experience designing for SEO, Core Web Vitals, and lead-gen funnels.
- Comfortable flexing your schedule to collaborate with U.S. teammates when deadlines demand
- Bonus points for motion/animation skills, Gen-AI tools, and Vibe Coding tools

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
$80,500-$126,500 USD
