Role Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team in Rochester, MN . In this role, you will support the Store Manager by leading and motivating the sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in achieving sales goals, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.
