About Coeur d'Alene Resort Convention Center:
Our Convention Center hosts a wide variety of events from conferences to weddings. We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to support event production by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment.
The Role:
As an AV Technician, you will ensure all AV needs are met by preparing equipment, assisting with setup and teardown, and providing technical support during events.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain audio, video, lighting, and other technical equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
Collaborate with event coordinators and clients to meet event requirements
Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
Provide excellent customer service to event guests and staff

Experience with audio-visual equipment and event production
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good communication and teamwork skills
