As a Cleaning Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Job Title: Cleaning Associate Location: McCalla, AL Pay Rate: $16.00/hr. Shifts Available: All shifts available (2nd and 3rd shift) What's the Job? Clean up any fluids from machines on the production floor Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. Lifting consistently to get hard to reach places Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. What's Needed? Previous experience in a manufacturing, cleaning or production environment preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Ability to possess non-slip shoes Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
