We're Hiring: Construction Safety Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers

Are you a seasoned safety professional with a passion for driving excellence in high-risk construction environments? Do you have experience working with major data center players and thrive in fast-paced, complex projects? If so, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Construction Health and Safety Manager to serve as their field-level safety representative on cutting-edge hyperscale data center builds. This is a high-impact advisory role focused on coaching, influencing, and elevating safety performance across General Contractor (GC) teams—without direct oversight.

You’ll be the catalyst for cultivating a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with global safety standards, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. From site walks and planning meetings to incident investigations and dashboard reporting, your expertise will shape the safety landscape of some of the most advanced data centers in the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure GC compliance with global safety policies and SPS documentation
• Lead site safety observations and deliver actionable insights
• Participate in planning meetings and integrate safety into project execution
• Coach GC leadership on best practices and hazard prevention
• Collaborate across construction, quality, environmental, and supply chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement through industry benchmarking and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in construction safety management, ideally with hyperscale data center experience
• Strong command of OSHA 500, 510
• Proven expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis
• CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Location: On-site at major hyperscale data center projects
