Entry-Level Staff Accountant

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join a dynamic finance team within a leading organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their accounting expertise in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedules
Maintain financial records in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Internship or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and analytical skills
