Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and associated components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Measure, lay out, and assemble ductwork and piping systems.
• Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards.
• Keep job sites and vehicles clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
• Accurately complete job-related documentation and paperwork.
• Mentor apprentices and support team training initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred; entry-level applicants considered for apprentice roles.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces (attics, basements).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification or other recognized industry credentials.
• Experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Sheet metal fabrication skills.
