Equity Research Analyst We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model. You must hold expert-level financial reasoning. Related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $50.00/hr – $60.00/hr. Full-time or part-time remote position. Choose projects you want to work on. Work on your own schedule. Hourly paid starting at $50–$60 per hour, with bonuses for high-quality, high-volume work. Responsibilities Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs. Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance. Qualifications Fluency in English (native or bilingual). Detail-oriented. Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and reasoning exercises related to finance management.
