Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, professional, and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience , a strong knowledge of skincare science and trends, and a desire to create personalized experiences that deliver visible results. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of facial and advanced skincare treatments (e.g., chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, micro current etc.)
  
• Conduct skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans for clients
  
• Recommend appropriate home care regimens and retail products to support client goals
  
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  
• Participate in ongoing training and education sessions to stay current with industry advancements and protocols
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with each client
  
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and service notes
  
• Collaborate with fellow estheticians and spa professionals to support a positive team culture
  

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Esthetics License (or transferable state license)
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing esthetician in a spa, med spa, or dermatology setting
  
• Experience with professional skincare lines and knowledge of clean beauty preferred
  
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
  
• Proven track record in retail sales and building a repeat clientele
  
• A positive, professional attitude and polished appearance
  
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with medical-grade treatments (e.g., microneedling, IPL, chemical peels)
  
• Knowledge of holistic wellness and ingredients
  
• Familiarity with booking and POS software

40 hour laser certification, NYS licensed esthetician, 2+ years of experience a must
