Job Description

Machine Technician - Direct Hire : $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
Weekend Shift : Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 twelve-hour days; work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours)
No Experience - NO Problem & Willing to Train!

We are looking for a Machine Technician to join their manufacturing team. The Machining Technician will be responsible for maintaining production machines, measuring parts for conformity, and ensuring consistent quality output. Training will be provided.

Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
Shift: Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 twelve-hour days; work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours).

What's the Job?

• Identify malfunctions or out-of tolerance machining.
• Inspect and measure completed production units to identify defects.
• Start or restart equipment after power outages or interruptions.
• Maintain a safe and orderly production area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Machining experience preferred, BUT not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed & the ability to operate & maintain machines and work area.
• Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed approach to equipment operation. 
• Committment to teamwork, supporting team members across shifts and locations
• Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally
