Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO expert and strategic leader to manage and grow the search presence of several domains. You will lead all aspects of SEO in-house — including coordinating and overseeing third-party SEO agencies — while also directly implementing on-site and off-site optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Own and execute SEO strategy across multiple websites — including on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO.
• Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced SEO vendors and freelancers. Manage, audit, and assess their performance.
• Conduct hands-on work as needed (e.g., metadata optimization, content auditing, crawl fixes, backlink analysis, etc.).
• Perform competitive analysis and keyword research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all efforts.
• Monitor site health, rankings, and traffic performance using SEO tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Report regularly on KPIs, wins, and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, and adapt strategies proactively.
