This is a Senior Executive Coaching position working primarily in Public Naval Shipyards. Duties include but are not limited to performing surveys, interviews and reviewing data to understand the knowledge, experience, and perspective of Senior Leaders of the organization being coached. Performing analysis to determine knowledge, gaps to developing a coaching strategy for both individual executives and executive groups. Executing the coaching strategy, assessing results and adjusting the strategy when necessary to obtain desired results. Using industry tools to further analyze individual and group strengths and weaknesses.
