Condustrial, Inc is searching for a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician with a valid drivers license and clean MVR in Gaffney, SC.

pay $15/hr

shift 9a-5pm

Pool Maintenance:

• Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain proper pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels.
• Clean pools, including skimming debris, brushing walls, and vacuuming.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pool pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment.
• Monitor water circulation systems and ensure efficient operation.
• Identify and report any potential maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Keep accurate service records and report findings to management.

Driving & Transportation:

• Safely transport chemicals, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while driving.
• Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of company vehicles.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in pool maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
