Description:

The valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving member's vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to all members and their guest.

Responsibilities:

• Parks and delivers cars, providing curb valet parking for members and guests in area designated for valet parking cars only
• Retrieving member's cars in an expedient and safe manner
• Assisting members in exiting and entering their vehicles
• Providing aid with walkers, wheelchairs etc. whenever necessary and insuring their safety and easy access to the clubhouse entrance
• Make periodic tours of lot to prevent theft
• Responsible for cars and their contents while in the designated parking area
• Overall supervision of parking area in which valet parked cars are located
• Report any problems to Valet Supervisor or to the Clubhouse Manager or Manager on Duty
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be required
• Greet members and guests of the establishment.
• Assist with unloading Member golf clubs as well as guests golf clubs.
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.

• At least one (1) year valet experience, preferable for luxury cars.
• Able to conduct oneself in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• A clean DMV and criminal background check is required for this position
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record to be placed and accepted by insurance policy.
