So christmas starts tomorrow here in Denmark. I hear that some strange xountries do not celbrate christmas before the 25th.

So considering that an international audience celebrates on different days, I thought I would start the good wishes today.

So Merry christmas, happy holidays, happy solstice day (oops passed that one) etc.

I especially want to wish mr Eley and his family the very best for this christmas and the future.

Copenhagen, Denmark

I never understood why the Europeans needed three days to get it right.

May your holidays be alien free. Unless they're hot, friendly aliens. Then I guess it would be OK.

Twas a fantabulous winter solstice at the Mac household. the daughters got socks- our weird little Christmas tradition. Socks, an just about everything else they wanted. I got kitchen goodies and this semesters classes paid for via a Pell grant (YAY!). Apparently I get to spend next year cooking and learning, two of my favorite activities. Mr. Mac got his PS3 and some very nice games to play. We're pretty happy. Here's hoping everyone else received at least one thing they wanted/deserved for the holidays

Oh, great and mighty Alasdair, Orator Maleficent, He of the Silvered Tongue, guide this humble fangirl past jumping up and down and squeeing upon hearing the greatness of Thy voice.
Oh mighty Mur the Magnificent. I am not worthy.

X-mas was fun! I didn't get any socks - I do want to start a tradition like that with my kids when I grow up - but I did get 1TB (that's TERAbytes) for my birth/Xmas-day! You can put many digital socks in that disk.

So, now we're in 2OO9! Happy new year! The years come rushing by... Can you believe that Y2K was NINE years ago? Wow....

It is never too late to be what you might have been.
