Administrative Team Lead

The Role
Manage and develop a team of executive assistants within Fidelity's Asset Management (AM) division ensuring maximum productivity, service levels, cost effectiveness, and customer and employee satisfaction. In this role, the Team Leader also provides direct support to AM professionals.

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with AM senior leadership, managers and associates to determine administrative needs, expectations and priorities.
  • Serve as a resource, subject matter expert and problem solver.
  • Establish a learning culture focused on talent development while managing all aspects of performance.
  • Identify and implement areas for process improvement.
  • Facilitate all aspects of team management, including onboarding, communication and process and workflow consistency.
  • Foster a partnership with other Administrative Team Leads to develop and maintain working relationships across business units to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration and operational efficiencies.
Provide Administrative Support to multiple Asset Management Professionals:
  • Provide all aspects of support (e.g., proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, trouble shooting of conflicts and potential obstacles, complex travel and expense reporting).
  • Communicate 'on behalf of' at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Manage daily workflow of expected and unexpected requests and commitments to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness.

The base salary range for this position is $58,000-$132,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
